A question in the December 2018 came where environmental costs were part of the costs used to calculate ABC. Any idea if those should be included or ignored?
It was given the cost pool and cost drivers where it said that 10% of total batch cost, 20% Maintenance cost and 30% of general overheads are environmental cost in a note below.
