I have read through the lecture notes of IR, but when practice the past year dec2015, i dont know how to ans for this topic.. Have any guide or technic to ans this topic? Thank you.

It very rarely comes up and is unlikely to again for a while. Sorry, I have no techniques because questions are so rare. So, all you can do is see how the Dec 2015 question was answered.
