    Hello Sir ,
In the exam, how will the integrated reporting and the audit of performance information in public sector topic be tested?

I have no idea! I imagine it will be a discursive question maybe asking for likely problems that companies and auditors could face when preparing integrated reports

But really, you’d have to ask the examiner because, if I knew that sort of information, I could be a very wealthy man. For a start, I wouldn’t be doing this! I’d be buying lottery tickets!

How many marks is it? Now multiply the number of marks by 2.15

But that number ( the number of minutes for that question ) INCLUDES. Your reading and planning time for that question

Let’s do it more simply and effectively ignore reading and planning.

Question 1, say 35 marks, has a time allocation of 63 minutes

Of that 63 minutes, 17.5 minutes should be devoted to reading and planning 35 separate matters to be included within your answer.

And that now leaves you just 45.5 minutes to write out 35 sentences / paragraphs each containing just one markable point

Your planning time is (number of marks / 2) and should be calculated forneverypart of every question

If question 1 has 4 parts worth respectively 12, 10, 8 and 5 then your time to be spent planning those 4 sections should be 6, 5, 4 and 2.5 minutes respectively

All of this is carefully explained in the exam technique articles on this site!

One final question from me – how have you got to P7 without knowing this basic stuff?

A simple word integrated reporting came of in 5c. But it’s about material inconsistency actually. Personally Q1 was tough.
