Contingent Assetor ??
In my own opinion, your question lacks some background information.
An asset is a resource controlled by an entity as a result of past events from which economic benefits are expected to flow the entity.
The 20% Rights are the economic benefits not the asset.
What is the past event that gave rise to that right on tickets sold?
