    i REALLY don’t know what to do…IAM TIRED OF P5 NOW…. should i switch to p4 or p6? ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE PLEASE … I REALLY APPRECIATE IT

    I’m the same but with P7.
    P4 seems the more complex option
    P6 seems, well just more of everything. Tax is a huge subject and the thought of getting my studies from zilch to P6 standard in 17 weeks is a frightening concept… However, in the real world P6 is a more useful option to me than P7 or P4.
    Maybe that should be the reason that you make your decision. Which option is best for you outside of your studies?

    Passed with 52 !

    After passing P2 also, im in shock – im now an affiliate !

    Thought I would get P2, but fail miserably at P5. I read & posted on the post exams boards of OT extensively. And half way through the exam, I was convinced I didnt have a hope, and felt like just going home. Even after the exam, skimming over things, I didnt feel had done it. But I did !!

    What do I do with my weekends now ?? Im stunned !

    10 years its been a monkey on my back, taking exams when I could, passing & failing what seemed randomly. Gave up on them, travelled a bit, emigrated to Australia, and thought id give them one last shot, did my final 3 in Dec ’11 studying full time with Kaplan over the net , failed 2, then repeated with LSBF, and PASSED !!

    The burden of taking exams, or guilt of skipping taking exams in a session, has been an unwanted bedfellow for so long I just dont know how to think now.

    [/quote]Guys, help, tell me please how the appeal procedure works here? To which e-mail address should I write to ask for a remark as I’m pretty much sure that I should have got higher mark than was given.

    Quote:
    The ACCA will not re-mark – they will only check that the marks have been recorded correctly.

    I wonder due to the big protest around the paper in June on this site and others that the markers were a little more leniant and were more flexible in their marking? i really do feel for those who got close to the 50 mark… dont give up hope.. review the June paper and try and see your mistakes and do as much practice as possible on question practice. Best of Luck!!

    Fed up failed 2nd attempt 44, this paper is becoming a nightmare like P4 which took me 4 attempts before I passed. Really don’t know what the answer is to passing these option papers on the first attempt.

    I passed four exams from 12.2011 sitting quite successfully with the help from open tuition. I did not post my results , as I knew the prize is only available to those candidates who scored quite well for certain paper, not available to those passed four exams at one go.
    Now, again, I passed my last four ACCA exams with the help from open tuition. Although I did not score particularly well in individual papers, I passed all of them on the first attempt.
    So, this time, I want to post the results there and want to say big thanks to open tuition, especially to Mr. John Moffat . Thank you for your brilliant lectures. It makes my ACCA study much easier!
    P1=57
    P3=53
    P4=59
    P5=55

    Am now an affiliate! I got 50%, but it feels like 80% cause I studied so hard and felt the exam was so difficult. This was my first attempt and I managed a pass.

    Thank you God and Thank you Opentuition.com. Opentuition was great help!
