I passed with a mark of 72. Just wanted to add that I only studied OT notes, just for 3 days before the exam. I read the notes about 15 times and went through all the qts and answers of the past few years. I was able to pass this with less than 25 hours of study which is quite amazing. I got my CMA-US results just in time for late registration deadline. So I spent most of my time (1 month) preparing for F7 which I passed with 76. Thanks OT!
August 8, 2012 at 4:08 pm #103362Passed with 50, not a clue how i did it, was convinced i’d failed
August 8, 2012 at 5:32 pm #103363Passed with 67 Marks.
Was expecting much more though.August 8, 2012 at 5:33 pm #103364I passed four exams from 12.2011 sitting quite successfully with the help from open tuition. I did not post my results , as I knew the prize is only available to those candidates who scored quite well for certain paper, not available to those passed four exams at one go.
Now, again, I passed my last four ACCA exams with the help from open tuition. Although I did not score particularly well in individual papers, I passed all of them on the first attempt.
So, this time, I want to post the results there and want to say big thanks to open tuition, especially to Mr. John Moffat . Thank you for your brilliant lectures. It makes my ACCA study much easier!
P1=57
P3=53
P4=59

Got 58% and I am quite happy 🙂
August 8, 2012 at 5:59 pm #103368Hi saiflalani:
Yes, it is absolutely possible. It just needs hard working and good exam techniques. The lectures from Mr. John Moffat (P4) are really exam-focus and worth watching. Just , there are a couple of topics for written parts not covered ,as they are not difficult to understand. The latest articles from student accounts can be used as good resources.
The lectures from P2 should be very helpful too. I did not watch all of them, because I learned F7 by myself and adopted quite different approaches of consolidation and so on.
Wish you the best!

Thanks Lily.
Definitely appreciate the advice.
I am trying to do the impossible. Complete the ACCA with no start credits in 1 year and it is quite intimidating.August 8, 2012 at 8:52 pm #103370AnonymousInactive- Topics: 0

Sat P1 and P3 for the first time in June 2012 and passed both first time. Got 53 in P1 and 81 in P3 which was a total shock as I had thought the P1 exam went well and the P3 exam was quite tough.

59 First attempt, I am proud of my pass. I listened Open Tuition videos repeatedly, watched live practice sessions & studied the course notes & Slides. I have never failed a paper since I started to incorporate Open Tuition in my studies. I have recommended OT to all my friends & associates in Jamaica. Thanks Open Tuition moderator & lecturers.
