Scepticism is questionning and doubtful attitude. Within corporate governance this may be, in my opinion, constant thinking process about cg. Directors may think what elsr should be done better, they may not believe just because someone told something, but go and check.
Innovation – maybe to implement best practices, to be open for new developments. Or, e.g., implement or develop some IT systems and not be afraid of doing so.
