Sir , as you explained me before that injunction cannot be granted in order to prevent someone from working in any occupation. However it can be granted for a particular occupation.I Have understood this. But Page One Records v Briton (Trading as The Troggs) (1967) case , I still cannot get it into my head. In this case why manager cannot get an injunction against the group (the Troggs) by restraining/preventing to engage another manager ?
Please do not the close the topic after your reply for 1-2 days, as I may have to ask a followup question.
Because if he got an injunction that would have the effect of preventing them from earning a living and that is contrary to fairness
