can someone please tell me the meaning of Injunction
An injunction is an equitable remedy in the form of a court order that requires a party to do or refrain from doing specific acts.
for example,
some employees are working for a company and they also worked for rival company in week end. employer doesnt want them to work them for the rivals. so they filed case in court asking for an injunction that employees should not work for the rival. if court sees that employer is reasonable they can grant injunction.
Thanks so much I understand it better now
