Initial registration fees overdue

I am Mosiur Hamid.Recently I got an email from ACCA that shows that I have account balance of 146 pound. From myacca account fees and payment section I came to know that my initial registration fee is overdue.later i contact my ACCA Bangladesh office they said My initial registration fees is overdue as i send it through bank draft and that draft send back to me while they will send that draft again in this month.Now my question is i booked my place for CBE in 24th and 31st december 2011 and If i sit in CBE exam will ACCA suspended or cancelled my exam paper?while i am registered under FIA and i have the registration number.
