Hi, why did the gift to the nephew count as a remoter ancestor exemption and also even if it did why did you deduct 1000 (the amount for other parties) instead of 2500 which is the exemption for remoter ancestors? I’m a bit confused as I have no idea which marriage exemption applies to this specific scenario
Nephew and niece always classed as remote ancestor in exams
