Respected sir,

As the syllabus clearly states only Decision making techniques, budgeting, and/or performance measurement will be tested for Section C. Can I assume that Information, technologies and systems won’t be tested in Section C.

The syllabus also states for Section C that “these questions may also include requirements related to the information systems area of the syllabus”. So I am afraid that you are wrong in your assumption.
