i have made a payment of P1 in early exam date but now AACA mailed me that we have refunded your fees due to technical issue due to this i have lost the chance of early payment and also bear the tax losses on payment.
what should i do? now, please advice meDid they not say what the problem was?
If the problem was at their end, then you should either ring them or email them and say what you have written here.
It is probably better to email – it will cost less if you live outside of the UK and you will have proof of what is said – the email is students@accaglobal.com
(I don’t know which country you are in, but if you have a local ACCA office then ring them – they should be able to sort it out for you.)
