Hi sir, who is the one responsible for providing induction and training for new staffs? Is it the chairman or the CEO ?

The chairman administers the board and board meetings. The CEO looks after the running if the company. I should think the training department or HR departmemt will organise training for new staff.

I think you need to move on from corporate governance. There are bigger adeas of the syllabus to tackle.
