1.What is the meaning of of:
    -Dorming
    -Adjourming

2.Team leader A has given a briefing stating the current situation and asking for suggestions to move the project on. What stage is the team current at?

The answer in the BPP book is Performing.
    Why so?

Dorking and adjourning are additions to Tuckman’so stages.

Dorming means the groute is on auto-pilot, continuing to meet because of habit rather than for any real purpose.

    Adjourningredients means disbanding the group.

For your second point, asking for suggestions as to how to progress the project means that the group is focused on productivity so is performing.

Putting in a sophisticated new accounting IT system would probably have team members drawn from:

    Accounting
    IT
    Sales
    Manufacturing

etc as many departments have the necessary skills or are affected by the success of the project.

It is planning and achieving advancement in your career. Individuals can try to carry it out themselves, but it helps if employers are involved to offer advice, training, experience and, we hope, promotion to the next stage of your career.
