Hi sir,in my textbook, regarding the indicators of going concern , i dont understand 2 indicators.

    – unplanned sales of non current assets: Indicates an inability to generate cash from other means and since non current assets generate income, cause a decline in income.

What do they mean by an inability to generate cash from other means ? I dont understand.

    – Failure to pay the staff : indicates a significant lack of working capital

What has paying staff got to do with working capital sir ?
