sir is indexation allowance available on incidental costs of acquisition too, like it is available for enhancement and acquisition expenditure(provided it is incurred before dec 2017)?

Yes – whatever you have included as allowable costs in computing the unindexed gain will be eligible for indexation allowance if incurred before December 2017
