CHUCKLE (SEP/DEC2021) (Kaplan Kit 2022-23)
Hi Sir,
In this question Chuckle initially owned 30% in Grin. Later on it acquired 18% more.
But it is also mentioned in the question that Chuckle queried share options in Grin exerciseable anytime after 31 March 20x7. It would also increase the ownership to 60% if the options are exercised.
How can we conclude that Grin is Chuckle's associate as on 31 March x6 based on the assumption that it will be exercised?
