Am I not correct in saying that the engines that cost 18 million had an estimated flying life of 36,000 hours so that calculates to depreciation of 500 per flying hour or 250 each
And aren’t we told that, as at 1 April, 2008, the engines had been flying for 10,800 hours
So 10,800 x 250 = 2,700,000
Is that better?
