You cannot leave out any topics – the examiner makes sure he tests things from throughout the syllabus.
You can find our guesses for the june 2013 exam on this website, but they are only guesses – you cannot just leave out parts of the syllabus.

Yes – each tutor here makes their own guesses for the papers that they deal with.
