if i am entity holding 45% voting rights, whereas all the rest have 5% each, then do i have/not have joint control in the following conditions:
-unanimous consent requirement is 72%
-unanimous consent requirement is 51%
For a joint arrangement, everyone must consent. Everyone has a power of veto. Unanimous consent, by definition, means 100%.
