    Sir, regarding question bank costs,how is 2000 questions and 1000 questions determined?

    They are working backwards.

    The budget shows $50,000 at times 0 and 1. At $50 per question this implies 1000 to be written for each year. Then subsequently editing and additions cost $5,000 per year ie 100 questions added/edited per year.

    Sir is the project sponsor and benefit owner same? If not then ehat are the differences?

    Sponsor pays and is behind the project, its champion. For example, the Finance director.

    Benefit owner is the person responsible for ensuring benefits are obtained, for example the credit controller in a project to reduce bad debts.

    This question has nothing to do with the previous one, so better to start a new thread.
