1. Is executor and representative the same thing in IHT content?
2. Are the due dates below corret?
Death tax on lifetime transfers:
6 months after the end of the month in which the donor died
Death tax on chargeable estate:
6 months after the end of the month in which the donor dies or when the account is submitted to HMRC
