Dear Sir, In the practice Q 38 Nathan leaving his main estate to his nephew when he died. my understanding Residence NRB £100,000 Nil rate band only apply to DIRECT descendants. In the answer why Nathan's nephew had Residence NRB nil band? Many thanks, Shujuan Tang
