What websites should I read to keep up to date with all IFRS and IAS changes? Do I need to pay any subscriptions?

You are asking on the wrong forum – this is EPSM.

If you put “IFRS update” into a search engine, the IFRS www is as good a place to start https://www.ifrs.org/news-and-events/updates – many of these resources are FREE – but once published you’ll have to pay for full text of a new/updated IFRS (but EDs are free).

You’ll find lots of free information here https://www.iasplus.com/en – see the standards tab for links to individual standards.

If you search IFRS with any of the big 4 (Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY) you’ll find lots of other resources.
