dear sir , hope u are doing good. i saw the ppe was revalued before so it was carried on revaluation model for nca held for sale , but shoulnt the impairment go through the revaluation reserve first and then if anything left to spl ?

There is a conflict here between IFRS 5 and IAS 16. So, it’s an exception!
The effect is that the costs of disposal always go to the P&L.
This is quite popular with examiners because it an exception.
