When a subsidiary became a simple investment with no right to participate and is now held for sale,can it be said to be an investment in equity instrument that is held for sale?

It surely depends on whether it satisfies all the other criteria of IFRS5 – available for immediate sale, at a price directors are willing to sell at, actively marketed, sale highly probable within twelve months, directors have designated it as AHFS ….
