Will there be any calculations related to this chapter in the exam as kaplan kit contains many calculations?
Is the theory knowledge enough?

No – you could get basic calculations – but they won’t be horrible. Last year they asked you to work out a property FV but it was only using 2 numbers. The fiddly bit is all the stuff about best markets which he has tested.
