For consider whether there is joint control exist, should we first assess whether there is control exist?
If the there is no control in accordance with IFRS 10, can we conclude that there will also no joint control exist?
You do not need to make this complex
If there is joint control in the exam the question will say that each investor has a power of veto on key decisions
So there is no need to refer to IAS 10
So its not pre condition to have joint control exist is there have control exist first ?
No pre-condition
