Hi Mike,

The code states that when a ‘significant connecttion’ remains within the firm and individual who joined the client, then no safeguard could mitigate the threat…..

“individual”: Does this apply to directors /partners only or any individual that was involved in the audit eg assistants/ accountants….

It will apply to anyone and everyone that was at all involved in the audit
