    Hello.

    This area is likely to appear in every exams. I noticed in June 2013, question 1.b.i., the requirements stated that “identify and explain 4 deficiencies”

    Yeah, this is usually the case.
    But reading further 1.b.ii explain the possible implication.

    I thought the examiner already ask to the explain the deficiencies(why it is a deficiencies) in the first part.

    Even if you read other exam diets, when it says identify and explain, they explain why it is a weakness in the system(same as explaining the implication.

    In the suggested answer june 13 always the examiners did not explain the deficiencies in the first (i) requirement. Only identifying the deficiencies.

    I agree with you. If you are asked to explain deficiencies this must normally mean describe the implications. Assume June 2013 was an aberration.
