Hy as i can not see any ISA like IAS 28 etc described in detail in book….so the purpose of my query is that, is it necessary that i have to study the IAS.s from IFAAC website and is it necessary to quote them in papers too ?

If you ever were to look at the suggested solutions in a revision kit, you’ll see that ISAs and IASs / IFRSs are frequently mentioned ( and apparently marks are awarded ) I personally find the mark awarding a bit anomalous. Why is it worth a mark because you can remember a number? In practice, if you ever were to have to write an email / letter and quote the document, you would simply reach behind you, take the reference book off the shelf ( or Google the words in the title ), and find the number that way.
But, if that’s what Lisa wants, and if you have the motivation and ability to remember all the numbers, and if you think that the attributable marks are going to make that critical difference between pass and fail, then go ahead and remember them.
