change in fair value of biological assets is part due to
– physical change(asset is one year older) and
-part due to market price change
separate disclosure of the two elements is encouraged but not required.
how to separate this 2 elements please can u explain me with a help a small example.

A one year old cow will increase in value as it becomes a two year old cow
The price for a two year old cow last year will not be the same as the price for a two year old cow this year
So there are two causes for a change in value – a price change and the fact that the cow is now a two year old, not a one year old
It’s a bit similar to variance analysis where a variance could be caused by price change and volume change!
