SaherI honestly do not believe that you need to practice questions on Investment Property!
When it appears in an F7 exam, it will typically be in question 2 and Steve Scott will say that “the Investment Property is valued at an amount $2,000 greater than its carrying value” or similar simple words indicating an increase ( or decrease ) in the property value which should then be reflected in the year’s financial statements.
RARELY will you find a full question on it – check the analysis on this site of the past examination papers and confirm for yourself that it appears only infrequently.
