Hello Tutor,
I don’t understand what they mean by saying ‘ economic benefits in the form of refunds from the plan’.How do you get refunds from the plan, in what circumstances?

It may be the case that the law allows companies to get money back from pension funds if the pension funds are overfunded. I think it’s quite rare.
