Plz help me with these:
– Finite-hold land is classified as operating lease (Lease Prepayment) under IAS 17. So if franchise is finite hold, it will be classified as Operating Lease or Intangible asset??? Because I think they are the same nature.
I am confused about that… Plz explain for me!

Freehold land is forever! If a franchise is equally forever – doubtful – then it’s probably an intangible asset to be amortised
