will I lose marks if I don't mention any ias isa ifrs etc in answering question.
for instance ias 16 property......requires all assets...... if I only talk about what it means that is all assets........instead of stating "according to ias 16 PPE requires all assets in the same class to be revalued etc...

The rewards are given for knowing (and stating!) what the IAS requires by way of accounting treatment
There should not be ... and there aren't ... any marks for demonstrating a useless ability to memorise IAS numbers and titles!
