Hi,
the cost of inefficiencies shall be included / excluded from the contract cost ?
Ex. in year two the contractor incurred additional costs of $ 500 due to inefficiencies .@Mohammed,
I would say YES. The entity incurred costs, so include them to the cost of goods sold. The other question, would the client compensate additional costs 🙂
