Hello
There is deficiency that Company has experienced significant staff shortages within their IA department and several members of the current IA team are new to the company.
The control mentioned for it is that Senior management should consider recruiting additional employees to join the IA department
What we can write in its TOC? 1 TOC which have came in my mind is that Ask for a sample of new employee joiners form to ascertain whether company has recruited additional employees for IA dept or not. Is this a valid TOC? If not then please you suggest me any TOC for the above control
