I need help with study support request letter.

Couple of month ago I asked HR if i can get study support.
I need to make statement as to why i want to do the ACCA course and how will company benefit from it. I can not think of anything at the moment everything crammed into same week. i have already passed F2 and F3 with self study.
Has anyone got anything readymade in broad terms. how company will benefit etc. i ave to submit the form next friday and i have exam booked for saturday.
