Im studying corporate finance.

Q1. Market value of debt is $30
Market value of equity is $40
Cost of debt capital is 7%
Weighted average cost of capital is 15%
Beta debt is 0.7
beta equity is 1.2

You should watch the free lecture on “CAPM and MM combined”. It is simply a question of using the asset beta formula from the formula sheet.
