HI! I am doing multi task question which is Kaplan 2016 , it is about budgeting and it gives 10 points.

so far all of the budgets so far I have seen in open tuition, LSBF videos and in google are ;- numbers in one column with Budgeted and then one column with actual…

in this question there are two columns for actual and two columns for budgeted..

    asking to calculate flex budget.

Despite I have seen the answers I am still confused about where do I fit these answers in?

why there are two columns and some are empty..
    https://tiny.cc/ual1dz
    question is in page 18
Can anyone guide me how to do them to give me a bit idea?
    thank you!!

It is common to present sub- expenses/incomes in the left column and its corresponding total in the right column when making income statements. Look up P&L statements of different organisations, don’t conform only to notes and textbooks.

This is how you will have to fill out the statement.

However, I’m not sure if the answer is correct, particularly when calculating Maintenance.
