I did my exam once and failed in Dec 2013. This time I want to self study and get through it. Can someone who has passed it tell me a fail proof plan on how it can be done. What resources do I need?

I think there are quite a few technical articles from examiner on accaglobal that relate to improvement in your P5 exam technique, making answers and how to pass exam.
Maybe start by reading them – and all you doubts will disappear ?
