hi i would appreciate if someone can help me on a HRA question. i am new to F4 and it is kind of hard to understand. This will be my first paper based exams so adjusting from cbe’s to paper based is alot because i dont really know how to start answering the questions. the question i need help with is:
In what ways has the Human Rights Act 1998 had an impact on case law and statute?
i would really appreciate all the help i can get!July 29, 2012 at 9:05 am #102297Hi Sandy, welcome to the site.
Re your question, I think your best approach will be to look at some past exam questions and answers from a reputable publisher’s revision kit. Your question, I believe, is asking about a way of approaching a question rather than specifically about the HRA.
If I am incorrect, please post again

I’m sorry, but I’m still not clear! Is your problem “How do I go about answering F4 questions?” or is it “In what ways has the HRA 1998 had an impact on case law and statute?”
If it’s the first, then I suggest you read the exam technique articles on this site, both specifically F4 and generally for the ACCA exams
If it’s the second, then I cannot understand why a read of a study text could not answer your question. I’m looking at the moment at the BPP text where chapter 3 has six and a half pages on the impact of the Human Rights Act 1998.
If your question is “How do I answer F4 questions?” – read the guidance notes.
If your question is about HRA – read the study text!
And, again, if that doesn’t answer your question, post again 🙂
