How to type in annualised figures on a calculator

Hi,

Looking at FI chapter 29 of the open tuition notes.
Question 4 as an example; how would you type in the sum:

(100/98)365/20-1 = 0.4458 or 22.58%

I have tried to type it a no. of ways on my calculator but doesn’t come up with right result.
