I am studying F4 now and I thought it was boring at first, I just couldn’t retain anything until I was introduced to Open Tuition. The lecturer is superb…. very funny….. he makes the case stories so interested….. he makes me laugh.

After he does the explanation and I fully understand the concept, I then go to the text for additional readings and make my notes. I also look at the past exam questions for each topic to see if I have covered the basics to answer the questions.

How anyone can say that F4 is boring defeats me! It’s vibrant, alive, lively, exciting!

It’s a SUBERB topic! Mind you, I don’t think that the other OT tutors would necessarily agree with me! πŸ™‚

You Find it Hard and Boring because you have not yet watched OT Lectures of Sir Mike Little (Above), Once you start watching those lectures, you will find this subject very easy, fascinating and moreover interesting enough to build your interest on it……..Trust me watch OT lectures now and you will be surprised that how interesting this subject is πŸ™‚

Hi! I’m studying it right now. And I also had difficulties in memorizing the information. But then I found something that helped me. Instead of taking notes in a exercise-book, I cut out credit card-sized pieces of paper and wrote the key words down on them. Then I disposed my cards on the table in way to show the link between different concepts. For example, yesterday I was studying Agency law. I first made to cards: Prinicipal and Agent; then i wrote and put in between those 2 cards with “express agreement – express authority”, “implied agreement – implied authority”, “ostensible authority”… Below each authority i disposed new cards, explaining in 1-2 words how these are defined… and so on.

    hope this helps
