Hi mike ! How to keep myself awake for such a theory paper! I’m just dozing off each time I see a question. I read ur previous comments asking to attempt the exam kit 2-3 times .

    Just keep reading!

Don’t try to read for more than, say, 20 minutes at a time to begin with

Then try to build it up to longer and longer

Don’t be strict with 20 minutes – read until your eyelids are so heavy that they break the match sticks that are holding them open

Keep having breaks – for a coffee, for television news, for your favourite soap, to go for an evening with friends

Don’t have in the back of your mind “Mike says I should do 20 minutes every hour”

Not only does that not fit for everyone – it also makes me out to be the bad guy!

Just read for as long as you remain interested but as soon as your mind starts to wander and think about what colour the walls should be next time you decorate, stop

    Have a break

Try to get back to the revision kit after, say, half an hour. But it’s no big thing if you can’t

Don’t surround yourself with pressure and a guilt complex

    Try to enjoy P7!
