sir, i saw you mentioned in one of your videos there was a table format at the end of the notes that would help in remembering the case names. But when i downloaded my notes for the paper there wasn’t any table format. Is there any way i can get to look at that table format, please?
There’s now no need – following the change in the exam format
It used to be the case that questions were based on historic principles established by earlier cases
The current exam format does not allow you the privilege to show your astounding knowledge of English law cases
Don’t worry about then – remember the stories and the principles – don’t bother about the names
And when you hit a brick wall in your studies, post here again and I shall get back to you
