    Hi,

To sum it up, I work in a high stress job and haven’t been able to make time to study for this exam. Now I’ve started.

    Have a couple of questions:

    1) Do I need to rote learn the book?
    2) What exactly do I need to rote learn?
    3) How do I study for this? Just read the book and do the kit ? or do I have to do something else? Please help

No, you still got a chance.
actually, F8 is easy, just the question is very tricky! I din read the text book, but doing the BPP revision kit and pass year papers. Bingo! i thoroughly understand what it wants! the keywords of the Qs is very challenging!
Eg. audit procedures for Sales system != audit assertion for sales!

For answering the long case-study, always think reasonably of answers, does it practical in real-life? or just looks fine in paper only? Eg. Internal control is weak for OT clock-out as some slave purposely skulk after management level off, and might collude with slave-supervisor. It looks good to ask manager to guard them, but does it make sense in real-life? Manager is a fixed pay salary, they never bother to OT! so, think twice!

IT IS HORRIBLE EASY TO SCORE IN F8
