I’ve sat for F7 thrice now, obtained a 33, 37 and 41. What should I do to pass this exam once and for all?

I recommend that you read the examiner’s report for March asap while you might still remember what you did in the exam https://www.accaglobal.com/content/dam/acca/global/PDF-students/acca/f7/examinersreports/f7-examreport-march-2018.pdf

Try to recollect – did you attempt all Qs in all sections and in the time that should be allocated to each section? If not, you need to develop a strategy for time management.
Are you up-to-date with your IFRS knowledge (IFRSs 15 & 16) – see the examiner’s comment on section B.
Did you answer the Qs set in section C? See the examiner’s comment that there was a requirement to prepare a schedule of adjustments (which is an extension of an F3 topic) – the examiner said that MANY candidates did not provide this – with a consequent loss of marks.
See the examiner’s comment about working being muddled or non-existent – the “own error” (“methods marks”) rule can only be applied when the marker has a referenced working to refer to – markers are not obliged to look for marks in unreferenced workings.

I hope this gives you some pointers towards the areas where you should most benefit in practicing exam skills.
